Password reset

If you forgot your password to sign in to memoQWeb (legacy), you can request a new password.

Note: This feature is available when the Enable request for password reset check box is checked on the Add/Edit user page.

Click the Forgot my password link in the sign in page:

The link takes you to the Reset my password page. Enter your user name, then click OK.

memoQ server will then send you an e-mail to the e-mail address entered in your profile. Follow the instructions in the e-mail message to access the page where you can enter a new password.

Note: The link in the e-mail works for 24 hours. After that, you need to start again.

Signing in to memoQWeb (legacy) with your Windows domain password? You cannot change your password here - you need to do it in Windows.

Enter a new password, repeat the password entering it. Click OK to save the new password.

The password must be at least 12 characters long, should contain uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and other symbols.
